US SHIPPING
Shipping fees within the USA are a $5 flat fee, and orders over $30 receive complimentary free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, California. Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification via email which will include a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification via email which will include a tracking number, however once the package reaches your local shipping carrier the package may be untraceable until it is delivered to your door. Le Paradis, LLC is not responsible for delays due to your country's customs issues, nor any additional duties or tariffs your country may impose or require. We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, and Japan. If you do not see your country listed, and are interested in purchasing Le Paradis products, kindly contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Due to the fact that we make Le Paradis products in small batches we do not accept returns. In special cases, if a product arrives damaged, we can make an exchange. Should this happen, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, via email at info@LeParadisBeauty.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
We test our products on jet-setters and globetrotters---but never on animals.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are based in California and therefore charge sales tax to residents in our state. Residents of all other states are not charged sales tax.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
We do not offer gift-wrapping, but if you need a notecard added to your order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
